We created Xochimex after already being franchise owners for nearly a decade prior. We felt that we had a bevy of delicious ideas that we could implement with a fast, casual Tex-Mex chain, and Xochimex Cantina Grill was born. We have since expanded to seven (7) locations across Miami-Dade county. Our brand of delicious food, affordable options, and a diverse menu continues to drive our growth, as we are looking to expand to several more locations in the coming years.
